Pure Talent Services offered the CHRO retained Services, for 15 days a month presence in the Company and the entire HR team reported to a very senior and experienced consultant from the company. Step by Step, processes were reviewed and improved, gaps were identified and plugged. It took 6 months to set the improved version of processes like PMS, Recruitment, Remuneration and Payroll.
