The existing Performance Management system was ineffective and as a result the morale of employees was down and frustration was setting in. The Founder Director was looking at experts who can handle the issues and set the Performance Management system for future.
We agreed to offer Project Consulting Services with the focus on Performance Management. We created a performance management guideline outlining goals, key performance indicators for the leadership team and their team members We conduced workshops and facilitated goal setting and evaluation for the full performance period. We supported the leadership to identify their top talent and build development plans for them. We concluded the exercise by effectively completing the increment process and promotion process.
